Delivery Policy

This policy explains how Emergera LLC ("Emergera", "we") delivers the programs you buy on emergera.ai. It is also our shipping policy: every Emergera program is delivered online, and nothing is shipped to a physical address.

What you receive

  • A seat in the live cohort you registered for. Sessions run over live video on the dates and times on the program page.
  • Recordings of the live sessions, course material and projects, shared online with your cohort.
  • Access to the cohort's community space.
  • A digital certificate by email if you meet the program's published completion criteria.

When you get access

  • Right after payment: you see a confirmation page and we send a confirmation email and payment receipt to the address you registered with.
  • Before the first session: we email your joining link, schedule and onboarding details. For the Building AI Agents Founding Cohort, the kickoff is Friday, October 9, 2026 at 8:00 PM ET (Saturday, October 10 at 5:30 AM IST).
  • If you register after the program has started, we email your access details within one business day of payment, and the recordings of earlier sessions are available to you.

If you haven't received your joining details 24 hours before your first session, email [email protected] and we'll resend them.

What you need

A computer with a modern web browser and a stable internet connection. Some projects use third-party services, such as an AI model API, on your own account (see the Terms).

Schedule changes

If we need to move a session, we email everyone enrolled in advance and share the recording. If we cancel or reschedule a cohort and the new dates don't work for you, you get a full refund (see the Refund and Cancellation Policy).
