Affiliate Terms

These terms apply to the Emergera affiliate program run by Emergera LLC, a company registered in the State of Washington ("Emergera", "we"). By signing up as an affiliate you agree to them, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Your link and code

You get a personal link (emergera.ai/p/your-code) and a code. A registration counts as yours when it is made through your link or with your code. If a buyer used more than one link or code, the one on their registration counts. Your code never changes the price: every buyer pays the full published price, and you may not offer or advertise a discount.

Commission

  • You earn a flat commission for each registration that is paid: US $10 when the buyer pays in US dollars, or ₹200 when the buyer pays in Indian rupees.
  • Waitlist sign-ups, registrations that are never paid, and registrations that are refunded earn nothing.
  • You can't earn a commission on your own registration.
  • We may change the commission for future registrations by updating these terms. Commissions you have already earned don't change.

When you get paid

  • A commission is pending until the course's refund window closes, which is when Session 2 of that cohort starts. It is then payable.
  • We pay payable commissions to the payout handle in your dashboard, a PayPal account for US affiliates or a UPI ID for affiliates in India, usually within 30 days after they become payable.
  • If a registration is refunded after we've paid you (for example, because a cohort is cancelled), we may deduct that commission from your next payout.
  • You are responsible for any taxes on your commissions. We may ask for tax information before paying larger amounts.
  • We only need your payout handle. Never send us bank account or card details.

How to promote Emergera

  • No spam. Share with people who would want to hear from you. Don't send unsolicited bulk email or messages, post the same message repeatedly in groups, or add people to groups without asking.
  • No job promises. Don't promise jobs, placements, interviews, salaries or income. Describe the career pathway only as "eligible learners can be considered for career opportunities through USM Business Systems".
  • Be accurate. Use the prices, dates and program details on emergera.ai. Don't describe any program as free or discounted.
  • Be yourself. Don't pretend to be Emergera, its staff or its instructors, create fake reviews, or register domains, pages or accounts that use the Emergera name.
  • No paid search ads on the Emergera name, and no incentivised or fake registrations.
  • Follow the rules of the platforms you post on, and say you earn a commission where the law or the platform requires it.

Ending the program

You can stop at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an affiliate account that breaks these terms. A suspended account earns no new commissions, and commissions from registrations that broke these terms are cancelled. Otherwise, commissions you earned before your account closed are still paid.

Your dashboard link

Your dashboard opens from a private link. Keep it private: anyone who has it can see your dashboard and change your payout handle. If you think someone else has it, ask for a new link and the old one stops working.
